2025 Module Shop of the Year: Schearer's Sales & Service
Bosch awarded Schearer’s Sales & Service of Allentown, Pennsylvania, the 2025 Bosch Module Shop of the Year Award, recognizing the independent repair shop’s leadership in innovation, sustainability, community involvement and long-term industry impact. Chosen from shops across North America, Schearer’s stood out for its participation in the Bosch Automotive Service and Maintenance Module Program, which supports independent shop growth.
The honor highlights Schearer’s investments in the future of automotive repair, including the launch of the ShiftPoint Training Academy in 2025, a hands-on coaching program for front office staff. The shop was also recognized for its strong sustainability practices, such as recycling all used oil and fluids, operating nearly paperless, and reusing waste oil for heating. In addition, Bosch cited Schearer’s active community engagement and its 30-year legacy of providing high-quality, personalized service and meaningful career opportunities within the automotive industry.
2024 Module Shop of the Year: Maximilian Motorsports
The Bosch Module Program proudly recognized Maximilian Macdonald and his shop, Maximilian Motorsports in Chehalis, WA, as the inaugural Module Shop of the Year.
Maximilian was honored for his outstanding contributions to the future of automotive, sustainability initiatives, and community efforts. His recognition included an all-expense-paid trip for two to Las Vegas, national media exposure, and special acknowledgment from the Bosch team.
To further celebrate his achievement, a Bosch film crew visited his shop to produce a professional video and photo series, which debuted at AAPEX. All marketing assets were provided to Maximilian for use in promoting his business.
