Bosch has introduced the new Bosch Evolution™ all season bracketless wiper blade based on the latest patented bracketless technology. The newest member of the Bosch wiper blade portfolio, Evolution is positioned between the pioneering bracketless Bosch ICON™ and Bosch EXCEL+ blades, and represents a new tier in premium grade Bosch products designed to exceed customer expectations for superior performance and value.
“With only 13 part numbers providing 95 percent coverage of pin arm, hook arm and side lock wiper blade applications, Bosch Evolution bracketless wiper blades provide the flexibility to meet the needs of a broad customer range,” said Tom Vasis, Group Product Manager, Wiper Systems for Bosch. "There are only 13 part numbers thanks to Bosch’s innovative connector design. Not only does the Evolution fit a variety of applications, but it also provides ease of installation and superior wiping performance to assure a positive total customer experience."
Features of the Evolution’s design include a graphite-treated, precision-cut, natural rubber wiping edge and a symmetrical wind spoiler that channels airflow to create downforce for better windshield contact and a cleaner wipe. The wind spoiler also protects the tension springs from snow and ice build-up for superior all season wiping performance.
Dual precision-tensioned internal steel springs create tension memory while the springs apply uniform pressure along the entire length for a consistent wipe.
