The Bosch Automotive Aftermarket Division has been named "2008 Supplier of the Year" by BWP/CARQUEST. The award was presented at a customer meeting at BWP Distributors’ Armonk, NY facility on January 22. BWP chooses its Supplier of the Year based on shipping performance, order fill, product quality, technical support, new number availability, cataloging and customer service. Bosch’s selection reflects the long-term effective partnership it has developed with BWP/CARQUEST over the years.
“For the past 17 years, BWP has honored one of our vendors as BWP Supplier of the Year,” said Rich Pallai, Vice President of Marketing for BWP. “This is the highest form of recognition that a supplier can achieve from BWP and we congratulate Bosch on this well-deserved accomplishment.”
“We extend our congratulations to all of the Bosch Aftermarket associates who helped to make this happen,” Bosch Aftermarket President David Coolidge commented. "This is a team success which should be celebrated by all, since many associates contributed to the customer's satisfaction."
Bosch supplies oxygen sensors, fuel pumps and spark plugs through BWP to selected CARQUEST auto parts stores in the Northeastern United States.
